将现代信息技术融入微生物学综合实验的教学探讨

Teaching Discussion on Comprehensive Experimental of Microbiology Integrated with Modern Information Technology

本科生所掌握的现代信息技术与真正的科研应用差距较大,体现在本科论文答辩时图表、参考文献不规范等。结合多年教学经验,笔者将文献管理、信息追踪、图表制作、生物信息学软件使用等多种技能融入微生物学综合实验教学中,显著增强了本科生论文写作的规范性,并初步培养了生物相关专业本科生科学素养及综合能力。

There is a big gap between the modern information technology mastered by undergraduate students and the application of real scienceresearch,refflecting in non-standard charts and references and so on in the undergraduates’ thesis.Combined with teaching experience for many years,many skills were integrated into microbiology comprehensive experiment teaching,such as reference management,information tracking,chartproduction and application of bioinformatics software,which could significantly enhance the standardization of undergraduate thesis writing,andpreliminarily cultivate scientific literacy and comprehensive capability of biology-related undergraduates.
