摘要
从金刚石圆锯片的配方及烧结工艺方面叙述了如何提高金刚石圆锯片的工作效率,结合切割后金刚石圆锯片刀头的扫描电镜图对我们的产品有更直观的了解。针对市场对价格实惠产品的需求,开发了高、中、低三档低成本锋利型干式切割圆锯片,并介绍了目前市场比较受欢迎的中、低档干式191KU、230KU锋利型金刚石锯片。
This article describes how to improve the work efficiency of diamond circular saw blade from the aspects of the formulation and sintering process of diamond circular saw blade, combined with the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) picture of segments after cutting to understand more our products. According to market demand for afford able products, our company has developed three types sharp dry cutting circular saw blade with low cost, the current market popular 191 KU, 230 KU diamond saw blade will be introduced in this paper.
