摘要
文章简要分析介绍了国内外金刚石绳锯串珠金属结合剂的发展现状,考虑到国外绳锯以高钴结合剂为主,故先简要分析了钴基结合剂串珠胎体的组织特点。而国内则朝着低钴的预合金铁基结合剂方向发展,简要分析对比了不同类别的铁基结合剂串珠胎体的组织结构特点及其对串珠工作性能的影响,并提出了铁基结合剂需要解决的关键技术难点及今后的发展方向。
The current situation at home and abroad of the metal bond used for diamond wire saw is summarized in this paper. Considering the matrix with high cobalt of the foreign diamond wire saw, themicrostructural features of the Co based matrix is firstly analyzed. While the Fe based pre alloyed metal bond with low cobalt for diamond wire saw is rapidly developed in China, and thus, a brief analysis and comparison is made concern ing the matrix microstructure, as well as their influences on the performance of the dia mond wire saw prepared by different kind of Fe based metal bond. The key technical barriers and the future studies of the Fe based metal bond are also discussed.
