普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗对PCI后患者人生长激素释放多肽及血脂的影响

Effect of probucol combined with atorvastatin on human growth hormone releasing peptide and blood lipids in patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者人生长激素释放多肽(Ghrelin)的影响。方法选择行PCI术治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者80例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各40例,对照组PCI术后给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组PCI术后给予普罗布考与阿托伐他汀钙片联合治疗,均持续治疗3个月。观察2组患者PCI术前、术后血清Ghrelin以及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化情况,统计不良反应发生情况。结果 PCI术后1个月、3个月时,治疗组患者血清Ghrelin水平均明显高于同期对照组(P均<0.05),TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论普罗布考与阿托伐他汀联合治疗较较单一阿托伐他汀治疗更能有效提高PCI术后不稳定型心绞痛患者血清Ghrelin水平,显著调节血脂水平,并且用药安全可靠。

Objective It is to investigate the effects of probucol combined with atorvastatin on human growth hormone releasing polypeptide（ Ghrelin） after percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI）. Methods Eighty patients with unstable angina pectoris who underwent PCI were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 40 cases.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets after PCI. The treatment group was treated with probucol and atorvastatin calcium tablets after PCI. All patients were treated for 3 months. The changes of serum Ghrelin levels and total cholesterol（ TC）,triglyceride（ TG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C） were compared between the two groups before and after PCI. Results At 1 month and 3 months after PCI,the serum concentrations of Ghrelin in the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C at 1 month and 3 months after PCI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with the treatment with single atorvastatin,the combination of probucol and atorvastatin can effectively improve the serum Ghrelin level,significantly improve blood lipids in patients with unstable angina after PCI,and the drug is safe and reliable.
