摘要
目的观察气血并补荣筋汤配合关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤疗效及对血清白细胞介素(IL)-1β、一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法将132例膝关节半月板损伤患者随机分为2组,对照组66例给予关节镜微创手术治疗,研究组66例给予气血并补荣筋汤配合关节镜微创手术治疗,2组均持续治疗2周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,记录2组治疗前后Lysholm评分和疼痛评分、股四头肌的萎缩程度和关节活动范围,检测2组治疗前后血清IL-1β、NO水平。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组Lysholm评分、关节活动范围均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),2组疼痛评分、股四头肌的萎缩程度以及血清IL-1β、NO水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论气血并补荣筋汤配合关节镜微创手术治疗膝关节半月板损伤疗效显著,可明显减轻疼痛及股四头肌的萎缩程度,改善关节功能,明显降低血清IL-1β、NO水平。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Qixuebingbu Rongjin Decoction combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery on knee joint meniscus injury and its effects on serum interleukin( IL)-1β and nitric oxide( NO).Methods 132 patients with knee meniscus injury were randomly divided into 2 groups. 66 patients in the control group were treated with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. 66 patients in the study group were given Qixuebingbu Rongjin Decoction combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. Both continued treatment for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The Lysholm score and pain score,the degree of atrophy of the quadriceps and the range of joint activity were recorded before and after treatment. Serum IL-1β and NO levels were measured before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P〈0. 05). The Lysholm score and joint activity range of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment( P〈0. 05),the degree of atrophy of the head muscle and serum IL-1β,NO levels were significantly lower than that before treatment( P〈0. 05),and the improvements of the above indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Qixuebingbu Rongjin Decoction combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery for knee joint meniscus injury has significant curative effect,which can significantly reduce the degree of pain and quadriceps atrophy,improve joint function,and significantly reduce serum IL-1β and NO levels.
