摘要
研究镍基配合物催化体系不同温度、压力和催化剂用量对乙炔环三聚制苯反应的影响,并提出相关的催化反应机理。结果表明,以(Ph_3P)_2Ni(CO)_2为催化体系,四氢呋喃为溶剂,在反应压力1.5 MPa、反应温度85℃和反应时间3 h条件下,乙炔转化率99%,苯收率87%,副产物苯乙烯收率11.2%,杂质为微量的黏稠状乙炔低聚物。Ni(Ph3P)2(CO)2催化体系具有反应条件温和、反应进料组分简单和苯产率高等优点。
Effects of temperatures, pressures and amount of nickel-based complexes catalyst on acetylene cyclotrimerization were investigated, and reaction mechanism was proposed. The results showed that yield of benzene could reach 87% ,yield of by-product styrene could ran up to 11.2% and conversion of acet-ylene was 99 % under 1.5 MPa at 85 ℃ for 3 h over ( Ph3P)2 Ni ( CO)2 catalyst when tetramethylene used as solvent. The impurities were traces of viscous acetylene oligomers. The catalytic system had the advan-tages of mild reaction conditions, simple reaction feed composition and high yield of benzene.
