摘要
为选育高碳汇的优良亲本及家系,以4株白桦(Betula platyphylla Suk.)优树(5、8、11、15号)与1株欧洲白桦(Betula pendula Roth.)优树(14号)为亲本以5×5双列交配设计进行杂交试验,对7年生20个全同胞子代树高、胸径、生物量和碳储量进行测定及亲本配合力分析。结果表明:杂交组合子代间的胸径、单株生物量和单株碳储量均存在着极显著差异;单株碳储量特殊配合力和反交效应差异也达极显著水平。家系627、637、602、642、643和619的平均单株碳储量较各家系平均值高13.69%~43.67%,为高碳汇优良家系,其中家系619和643为最优家系。根据各杂交组合的一般配合力、特殊配合力、反交效应,初步选择8×14、15×11、5×8为碳汇能力较高的优良亲本组合,其杂交子代平均单株碳储量较均值分别高43.66%、38.63%、28.17%。
For researching and choosing excellent carbon sinks for breeding parents and family,four white birch( Betula platyphylla Suk.) plus trees( No.5,8,11,15) and a European white birch( B. pendula Roth.)( No. 14) plus tree as parents to 5×5 double row mate design hybridization experiments,tree height,diameter at breast height( DBH),biomass and carbon storage of the 20 full-sib progeny of 7-a were measured and parental combining ability was analyzed. DBH,biomass of single plant and carbon storage of single plant between the progenies have significant differences. Specific combining ability( SCA) and reciprocal effects( REC) of average carbon storage of single plant of differences reached a significant level. For the carbon storage of single plant,No. 627,637,602,642,643 and 619 families are 13. 69%-43. 67%higher than the average. Therefore,they are identified as the fine family with high carbon sinks,and 619 and 643 are the best. According to the hybrid offspring of general and specific combining ability( GCA and SCA),and reverse effect,the preliminary selections of superior parental combination of carbon link capacity are 8×14,15×11,and 5×8,and the carbon storages of the hybrid progenies are 43.66%,38.63%,and 28.17% higher than the average,respectively.
