自吸泵在炼油装置中的选型特点及设计注意事项 被引量:2

摘要 目前市场上各大炼厂及地方炼油企业的立式长轴液下泵正逐渐由自吸泵所取代。在大部分PX芳烃联合装置及重整装置中,地下污油罐内常为近似于饱和态轻烃介质,是自吸泵运行故障频发的集中区域。自吸泵种类繁多,文章通过实际工程经验,根据自吸泵不同型式特点及运行原理,重点总结了三种在炼化装置中常见的自吸泵在不同工况下的适用范围及运行特点,并阐述了在类似工况下自吸泵的选型及工程设计中的注意事项。 At present,major refineries and local refineries have gradually replaced their vertical long shaft submerged pumps with self-priming pumps.In most PX aromatics complexes and reforming units,the media in the underground sewage tanks are often similar to saturated light hydrocarbon.So the tank area is a concentrated area where operation faults of self-priming pump occur frequently.There are various types of selfpriming pumps.Based on practical engineering experience,this paper focuses on summarizing the application scope and operating characteristics of three major self-priming pumps commonly used in petrochemical devices according to different characteristics and operating principles of the pumps.It also expounds the selection of selfpriming pumps and considerations in engineering design under similar working conditions.
