摘要
裂解气压缩机组的干气密封通常采用乙烯气作为主密封气。由于火炬背压的变化,主密封气可能会被大量排入低压力的裂解气压缩机密封腔内造成浪费。前置气采用压缩机出口气为气源,注入压缩机与干气密封之间的迷宫密封中,提高主密封气背压,可有效减少主密封气向压缩机内部的泄漏量,达到节省主密封气消耗的目的。
The gaseous ethylene is normally used as the primary seal gas in cracked gas compressors.Due to the changes of flare back pressure,large amount of primary seal gas may be discharged into compressor seal chamber,which is a waste.Pre-seal gas is compressor discharge gas and injected into the labyrinth seal between compressor and dry gas seal to raise the back pressure of primary seal gas in order to minimize primary seal gas consumption.
