摘要
NOx(氮氧化物)大气污染物之一,也是加热炉排放的主要污染物,其形成机理复杂,危害广泛,防治困难。文章介绍了不同类型NOx的产生机理,总结了NOx防治基本措施,分析了加热炉烟气NOx防治技术方案,并剖析这些方案运用的技术原理。结合实际工程项目介绍了目前最常见的加热炉烟气NOx防治方案的应用效果,并根据NOx减排趋势研究未来加热炉烟气NOx防治方向,预测防治技术发展趋势,为加热炉烟气NOx防治提供借鉴。
NOx is one of the major atmospheric pollutants,and it is also the main pollutant discharged from the heater.NOx has a complex generation mechanism and a wide range of hazards,and it is difficult to be prevented and treated.This paper introduces the generation mechanism of different types of NOx,summarizes the basic measures for the prevention and treatment of NOx and analyzes various technical schemes and their principles for the prevention and treatment of NOx in heater flue gas.Combined with the actual project,the paper also introduces the application effect of the most common scheme for the prevention and treatment of NOx in heater flue gas,then studies the development direction of prevention and treatment of NOx in heater flue gas according to the trend of NOx emission limit.It will provide references for the prevention and treatment of NOx in heater flue gas.
