摘要
主要介绍某石化公司储运联合车间乙烯泵利用振动监测系统BH5000中监测机泵的振动、加速度曲线,结合现场多级泵的结构特点,对机泵轴承箱处加速度的缓慢增长及机泵杂音的出现进行数据分析,判断出机泵轴承出现缺陷,并提出提前停泵检修的建议。在随后的机泵检修中验证了振动分析结论的可靠性,有力地指导了机泵的检修,避免了乙烯泵突发故障对乙烯厂平稳生产的影响,同时也为后续设备通过状态监测分析诊断设备故障提供了经验指导。
This paper mainly introduces the vibration and acceleration curves of the ethylene pumps of the storage and transportation joint workshop of a petrochemical company.The pumps are monitored by the vibration monitoring system BH5000.Combined with the structure characteristics of the on-site multistage pumps,the slow growth of the accelerated speed at the bearing box and the appearance of the pump noise are analyzed.And it is determined that defects occurred at the pump bearing.Then the pumps were suggested to be shut down for overhaul in advance.In the subsequent pump overhauls,the vibration analysis conclusions are verified,which effectively guides the pump overhauls to avoid the impacts of the sudden failure of ethylene pumps on the smooth production of ethylene plant.This also provides experience and guidance for the fault diagnose of follow-up equipment by status monitoring and analysis.
