加氢装置液力透平密封国产化改造浅析 被引量:1

摘要 根据机械密封冲洗液工作过程以及密封失效后O形圈碳化情况,从密封元件材质选择、冲洗液工作温度及泵送介质组分等方面对密封失效原因进行综合分析,提出了在现有工艺技术条件下,如何避免密封O形圈碳化的建议。通过对多种改造方案进行性能、经济等方面的比较,最终确定了性价比最优的改造方案。该方案对类似装置机械密封改造,特别是进口机械密封的国产化,具有一定的借鉴意义。 According to the working process of the mechanical seal flushing fluid and the carbonization of O-ring after the seal failure,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the reasons for the mechanical seal failure from such aspects as the selection of sealing components material,working temperature of flushing fluid and pumping medium components.Then it makes some suggestions on how to avoid seal O-ring carbonation under the condition of the existing process technology.Through comparison of the performance,economical efficiency of various revamp schemes,the optimal revamp scheme is determined.This scheme provides certain reference for the mechanical seal revamp of similar devices,especially the localization of imported mechanical seals.
