摘要
分析了钢筋混凝土管桩生产企业对余浆回收管理的特点,解释了用压缩空气泵送余浆的设计思路和工作流程。通过创新设计和应用实践,解决了管桩余浆回收利用的难题,有利于节约管桩水泥用量,降低生产成本,并实现了废料零排放,大大改善了生产环境。
The characteristics of slurry recycling management of reinforced concrete pipe production enterprises is analyzed,and the design ideas and work processes of sending slurry with compressed air pumpis explained.Through the design and technical application innovation of the authors,the problems of pile slurry recycling were solved,the amount of cement using of pipe production is saved,the production cost of pipe production was reduced,the zero discharge of waste was realized and the production environment of pipe enterprises was greatly improved.
