摘要
为了优化制备条件,制备埋入式混凝土用全固态金属氧化物p H电极,采用了熔融碳酸锂加过氧化钠氧化法制备了氧化铱p H电极,研究了氧化温度对p H电极性能的影响。用扫描电镜观察电极表面的微观形貌,在测试液中测试了p H电极的响应时间、能斯特响应,结果表明,750℃制备的电极表面颗粒较小,且分布均匀,致密,电极氧化膜质量、响应时间和电极灵敏度都好于800、850℃制备的电极。750℃制备的电极具有良好的温度系数,在电极老化完成之后具有非常高的稳定性,可用于监测混凝土孔隙液p H变化。
In order to optimize preparation conditions and fabricate solid metal oxide p H electrodes which can be embedded in concrete,it adopted the molten lithium carbonate with sodium peroxide oxidation method to fabricate the iridium oxide p H electrode and studied the influence of oxidation temperature on p H electrode performance.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was adopted to observe the surface morphology of the IrO_X electrodes,response time,nernst response of the electrodes was also studied and the result shows that the surface of the electrode made at 750 ℃ have a dense and homogenous structure.The electrode made at 750 ℃ have a better performance in electrode oxide film quality,response time and electrode sensitivity than the electrodes made at of 800 ℃and 850 ℃.The electrode made at 750 ℃ has a good temperature coefficient and high stability after aging process,can be used in the monitoring of concrete pore liquid p H changes.
