摘要
以硫氧镁胶凝材料为基料,粉煤灰、尾矿粉和高炉矿渣为掺料,制备了系列A08级干密度的新型硫氧镁泡沫水泥试件。通过XRF检测3种掺料的化学成分,SEM观测掺料各自的微观形貌,分析了3种工业尾料作为掺料的可行性。探讨了掺料的种类、掺量对试件力学性能、隔热性能和吸水率的影响,结果表明:粉煤灰、尾矿粉和高炉矿渣3种掺料的成分和微观形貌都有较大差别,3种掺料会对硫氧镁泡沫混凝土微观结构产生不同影响,进而影响试件的力学性能、隔热性能和吸水率。几种掺料在硫氧镁泡沫混凝土中均有积极作用,掺40%的粉煤灰的试样微观结构更加密实,试件抗综合力学性能最佳,具备轻质高强的特性,可用作热带海岛地区等要求较高的隔热建材。掺30%尾矿粉的试件满足一般隔热工程的要求,可用作常规节能墙体材料。而掺30%高炉矿渣的试件隔热性能突出,导热系数为0.062 W/(m·K),在保温隔热建材领域有较大应用潜能。
The test piece of A08 series new type dry-density magnesium oxysulfate foamed cement is prepared by selecting the magnesium oxysulfate cementitious materials as the basic material and selecting fly ash,tailing powder and blast furnace slag as the admixtures.The chemical components of three admixtures are detected through adopting XRF,the respective microstructures of three admixtures are observed through adopting SEM,and the feasibility of selecting three industrial tailings as the admixtures is anatomized.The category of admixtures and the influence of admixtures on the mechanical property,heat-insulting property and water resistance of the test piece are discussed.As the results indicate,the ingredients and microstructures of three admixtures,the fly ash,tailing powder and blast furnace slag,are significantly different from each other.Three admixtures shall exert different influences on microstructure of magnesium oxysulfate foamed concrete,and further affect the mechanical property,heat-insulting property and water resistance of the test piece.The involved admixtures shall exert positive influences to the magnesium oxysulfate foamed concrete.The test piece with 40% of fly ash turns out to be denser in microstructure with the optimal comprehensive mechanical property and the light and high-strength property.It is able to be heat-insulated building material in the tropic island area with higher requirement of the material.The test piece with 30% of the tailing powder can be well geared into the normal heat insulation construction,and it can be utilized as the normal energy-saving wall material.The test piece with 30% of blast furnace slag is prominent in the heat-insulting property,with the heat conductivity of 0.062 W/(m·K).It can be greatly potential to be used as the heat-insulating building material.
