微波辅助机械剔选废弃混凝土块试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了使得建筑垃圾能够很好地循环利用,微波辅助机械剔选技术更广泛地运用,通过利用此技术对废弃混凝土块试件进行试验研究,同时对其进行热成像试验。结果表明:当微波功率为900 W时,存在最佳控制参数,以及各参数之间存在一定的关系;经过不同的时间照射,其最高温度为195℃;温度最大值主要出现粗骨料与砂浆体之间的界面和粗骨料比较集中的区域;验证了相同功率下,微波加热是体加热,比常规加热装置所需时间短;在微波照射下,粗骨料比砂浆体升温快;大功率短时间照射为最佳剔选方式。这些成果为后期研究微波辅助机械剔选工艺提供一定的参考价值,使得各类废弃混凝土块得到充分利用,净化了环境,节省了能源和资源的开发。 In order to make the construction waste can be well recycled,the microwave-assisted mechanical selecting technology is more widely used,through the use of this technology for the experimental study of waste concrete block,at the same time,the waste concrete blocks are subjected to thermal imaging tests.The results show that there is a best control parameters and certain relationship between the parameters when the microwave power is 900 W.The maximum temperature is 195 ℃ after different time irradiation.The maximum temperature is mainly emerge on the interface coarse aggregate and mortar and where the coarse aggregate is concentrated.It is verified that the microwave heating is shorter than that of the conventional heating device under the same power.Under the same microwave irradiation,the temperature of coarse aggregate is faster than the mortar.Max microwave power and short time exposure is the best selecting way.These results provide a reference value for the later study of microwave-assisted mechanical selecting technology,which makes all kinds of waste concrete blocks fully utilized,purifies the environment and saves energy and resources.
