摘要 通过在G12V190ZLWd4-2型低浓度瓦斯发动机上对MIC3点火系统进行配机试验,以检验MIC3点火系统的性能和配机效果。MIC3点火系统由MIC3点火控制器、线轨、点火线圈、火花塞等组成,对MIC3点火系统进行了点火提前角调整试验,以确定最佳点火提前角。MIC3点火系统的配机试验按照发动机的负荷特性试验程序进行,选用了三种燃气参数进行试验。试验结果表明,在三种燃气参数下,发动机运行状况良好,各项性能参数均能较好地满足设计要求。根据试验结果可见,MIC3点火系统在配机性能上能够满足G12V190ZLWd4-2型低浓度瓦斯发动机对点火系统的要求,而且能够提高燃气的利用率,降低污染物的排放。进而,可以将MIC3点火系统推广应用在其他气体发动机上。 The MIC3 ignition system was tested on a G12 V190 ZLWd4-2 low concentration gas engine to test the performance and effect of the MIC3 ignition system. The MIC3 ignition system is composed of MIC3 ignition controller, line rail, ignition coil, spark plug and so on. The ignition advance angle adjustment test of the MIC3 ignition system was carried out to determine the best ignition advance angle. The matching test of the MIC3 ignition system is carried out according to the test program of the engine load characteristic, and three kinds of gas parameters are selected for the test. The test results show that the engine runs well in the three gas parameters, and the performance parameters can meet the design requirements well. According to the test results, the MIC3 ignition system can meet the requirements of the G12 V190 ZLWd4-2 low concentration gas engine for ignition system, and also improve the utilization rate of gas and reduce the emission of pollutants. Furthermore, the MIC3 ignition system can be applied to other gas engines.
