摘要
活塞工作时,高温的燃气使活塞产生的热应力和热变形可能导致活塞产生裂纹、活塞环胶结以及拉缸等现象,直接影响到内燃机工作的可靠性和耐久性。本论文利用ANSYS软件,对496ZQ柴油机活塞的热负荷进行研究和评价,结果表明:原活塞第一环槽的最高温度、销座的最高温度和最大热应力、顶面的最大热应力不满足设计要求,采用加隔热槽和冷却油腔的方法优化后,活塞各项热负荷指标均满足设计要求,为原活塞的改进提供了依据。
When the piston is working, the thermal stress and deformation of the piston caused by high temperature gas may lead to the cracks of the piston, the cementation of the piston ring and the drawing of the cylinder, which directly affect the reliability and durability of the internal combustion engine. In this paper, the thermal load of 496 ZQ diesel engine piston is studied and evaluated by ANSYS software. The results show that the maximum temperature of the first ring groove of the original piston, the maximum temperature and the maximum thermal stress of the pin seat and the maximum thermal stress of the top surface do not meet the design requirements. After the optimization of heat dam and the cooling oil chamber, the heat load index of the piston can meet the design requirements, which provides the basis for the improvement of the original piston.
