丙烯酸酯废水处理工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在丙烯酸酯的生产过程中会产生大量废水,因其具有高化学需氧量(COD)、高含盐、毒性大等特性,极大地影响了后续废水处理。为了降低废水处理难度,提升废水回收价值,本实验利用双氧水氧化法和活性炭吸附法的联合方式对丙烯酸酯废水进行预处理,研究各种因素对氧化、吸附过程的影响,优选工艺条件。实验结果发现,将丙烯酸酯废水pH值调节至3~4,加入质量分数3%的双氧水,在40℃下恒温搅拌2h后,再在常温下加入质量分数1%的活性炭,继续搅拌30min。此时,废水COD大大降低,透明度增加,减轻了后续污水处理难度,更易达到废水排放及回收标准。 Large volume of waste water is produced during production of acrylates.The high COD,salinity and toxicity of such waste water greatly elevate difficulty and costs for its treatment.To reduce waste water treatment difficulty and elevate waste water recovery value,a combined method of H2O2 oxidizing and activated carbon adsorption is adopted to pretreat the acrylates waste water so that factors that have effect on oxidizing and adsorption can be studied for optimization of process conditions.The findings show that when pH value of acrylates waste water is adjusted to be 3~4,add 3%(w/w)H2O2.After stirring for 2 hat 40℃constant temperature,add 1%(w/w)activated carbon and start to stir for another 30 min.Then COD of the waste water is drastically lowered and transparency is enhanced,waste water treatment difficulty is alleviated,which makes it easier to meet specifications for waste water discharge and recovery.
