摘要
在SHELL煤气化装置中,排渣罐锥下部到渣出口的一定范围内由于灰渣磨蚀严重,会采取防磨蚀措施。一般采用堆焊硬质合金、衬双相钢牺牲筒和防磨陶瓷衬里的方法。在工程实践中,每种防磨蚀结构都有其优缺点,本文从使用效果、制造工艺、制造周期、经济成本以及维修难度等方面对其进行综合对比,结果表明,采用陶瓷耐磨衬里的防磨措施更具有优势。
Anti-abrasion measures are taken for a certain part from the lower part of deslagging pot cone to slag exit in Shell coal chemical unit due to severe corrosion of slag.Usually,surfacing hard alloy,lining duplex steel sacrificial cylinder and anti-abrasion ceramic lining are used.In engineering practice,each anti-abrasion structure has its own advantage and disadvantage.This paper makes comprehensive analysis in application effect,manufacturing process and period,economic cost and maintenance difficulty,etc.It turns out that the anti-abrasion measure of ceramic wear-resistant lining has more advantage.
