摘要
以国内某100万t/a尿素造粒塔项目为例,介绍了造粒塔蒸发造粒技术的工艺流程及特点,分析了设备布置的重点,指出尿素造粒塔增加除尘装置的必要性,结合项目特点和尿素溶液的特性,探讨了设备检修吊装方案和熔融尿素管道的设计要点。
Taking a 1 million t/a urea prilling tower in China as an example,this paper introduces the process flow and features of the Evaporation Prilling Technology of the prilling tower,gives an analysis to the key factors of equipment arrangement,and points out the necessity of a dust-removal device for the prilling tower.Based on the project features and properties of urea solution,it also explores into the keys of designing lifting schemes for prilling tower maintenance and designing melt urea pipelines.
