分级诊疗背景下大型公立医院发展策略思考

Thinking on large public hospitals development strategy under the background of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment

随着分级诊疗的逐步推进,目前大型公立医院面临着门诊患者减少、医院收入下降,竞争压力重大、技术要求变高,利益分配障碍、利用机制无法共联等挑战,笔者结合具体实践,从凝练特色技术、做好对口支援、改善医疗服务、完善内部管理提出了相应的对策。

With promoting of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment step by step. Large public hospitals face challenges of that outpatient reducing,big competitive pressure,high technical requirements,obstacle of profit distribution and non-crossing of interests mechanism. The paper combines with specific practice to put forward corresponding countermeasures such as concentrating on characteristic technology,providing partner assistance,improving medical service and internal management.
