中医医疗服务项目定价模型构建研究——以湖北省三家医院为实例

Research on pricing model construction of traditional Chinese medicine service——Take three hospitals in Hubei Province as an example

推进医疗服务价格改革,是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务,同时,中医医疗服务价格调整是公立医院医疗服务价格改革方案的重点之一。笔者基于RBRVS和盈亏平衡理论,构建了中医医疗服务项目"成本-技术-风险"多因素定价模型,并结合医院真实数据开展模型的实证研究,探索中医医疗服务项目新的定价方法,为合理调整中医医疗服务价格提供科学依据。

Advancing the reform of medical service price is an important task to deepen the reform of medical and health system,the price adjustment of TCM medical service is one of the key points of public hospital medical service price reform program. Based on RBRVS and break even theory,this paper constructs the multi-factor pricing model of ＂cost-technology-risk＂of TCM service project,and combines truthful data of hospital authentic data to carry on the empirical research. Explore new pricing method of TCM medical service project so as to provide scientific evidence for rational adjustment of TCM medical service price.
