云南省6个州(市)居民基本公共卫生服务知晓率及满意度分析

Analysis on awareness rate and satisfaction of resident's basic public health service in 6 prefectures (cities) of Yunnan Province

[目的]了解云南省6州(市)居民基本公共卫生服务知晓率、满意度现状及影响因素,为进一步完善基本公共卫生服务提供依据。[方法]采用完全随机抽样的方法,自制调查问卷进行调查,采用χ2检验、相关分析和多元回归的方法进行统计分析。[结果]调查对象有效问卷共计602份,居民对基本公共卫生服务的总体知晓率为92.5%,总体满意度为91.0%。影响居民满意度的因素为免费额度和防病治病效果。按人口分布的逐年执业(助理)医师基尼系数为0.37。[结论]云南省居民基本公共卫生服务知晓率和满意度情况总体较好,但应进一步提高城市居民对基本公共卫生服务的知晓率和认知度。

Objective To understand awareness rate,satisfaction and influence factors of residents to basic public health service in 6 prefectures（ cities） of Yunnan Province so as to provide basis for further improving basic public health services. Methods It used completely random sampling method,self-made questionnaire investigation,chi-square test,correlation analysis and multiple regression method were conducted for statistical analysis. Results There were 602 valid questionnaires of respondents. Overall awareness rate of residents＇ basic public health services was 92. 5%,satisfaction rate was 91. 0%. Free charge amount and prevention and cure effect influenced residents＇ satisfaction. Conclusions Awareness rate and satisfaction of resident＇s basic public health service are generally better,but it need to further improve awareness rate and cognition for resident＇s basic public health service in Yunnan Province.
