医护人员职业倦怠状况差异分析及对策研究 被引量:10

摘要 [目的]调查医务人员职业倦怠现状,分析其特点及影响因素为减轻及消除其职业倦怠提供依据。[方法]采取有意抽样法,对Z医院现岗临床医、护人员进行问卷调查。采用国际通用的马斯勒倦怠量表,统计各有效问卷得分,建立EXCEL数据库,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]Z医院的医、护人员存在一定程度的职业倦怠,且医生与护士群体的职业倦怠特征在工作年限、周平均工作时间等因素上存在一定差异;在同一临床科室,医生与护理人员的职业倦怠状况和影响因素存在一定差异。[结论]Z医院医护人员存在一定程度的职业倦怠,且护士群体较医生职业倦怠情况更为严重;工作年限及周平均工作时间对医、护人员职业倦怠的影响有一定差异。 Objective Investigate the status of medical staff's occupational burnout,analyze its characteristic and influence factors so as to provide basis for alleviating and depriving their occupational burnout. Methods It used deliberate sampling method to make questionnaire survey to clinical doctors and nurses in Z hospital. It adopted international available Masler Burnout Scale to make statistical score of effective questionnaire,built EXCEL database,conducted statistical analysis by SPESS 19. 0 software. Results Doctors and nurses in Z hospital had occupational burnout at a certain degree,and there was a certain difference of occupational burnout characteristic in their work experience and week mean time before failure. In same clinical department,there was a certain difference in status and influence factors of medical staff's occupational burnout. Conclusions Doctors and nurses in Z hospital had occupational burnout at a certain degree,and nurses' is more serious than doctors'.There was a certain difference of occupational burnout in their work experience and week mean time before failure.
