细辛脑佐治老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

Clinical effect of asarone in the elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的观察细辛脑对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的疗效,以明确细辛脑的临床应用价值。方法将80例老年AECOPD病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用细辛脑注射液静滴治疗。评估和比较2组的临床疗效和肺功能相关指标变化情况,包括第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)和FEV1同用力肺活量(FVC)之间的比值(FEV1/FVC)。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组病人肺功能的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组FEV1、FEV1%和FEV1/FVC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细辛脑治疗老年AECOPD的效果明显,具有一定的辅助治疗作用和临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the curative effect of asarone in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）,so as to clarify the clinical value of asarone. Methods Eighty elderly patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with asarone on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and pulmonary function of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment（P〉0. 05）. The levels of FEV1,FEV1%,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Asarone is effective in treating AECOPD in the elderly. It has certain auxiliary therapeutic effect and clinical application value.
