不同年龄阶段中老年人对老年护理人才需求的比较

Comparison of the needs of elderly nursing talents in different ages

目的了解不同年龄阶段中老年人对老年护理人才在知识、能力和素质方面的需求特点,为满足不同年龄阶段的老年人对老年护理人才的需求提供现实依据。方法对长期居住在成都市≥50岁的中老年人进行便利抽样,调查项目包括基本情况、健康状况及对护理人才的需求(知识、能力、素质维度),共收回有效问卷2916份。应用方差分析对不同年龄人群各项目得分进行组间比较。结果不同年龄阶段中老年人对老年护理人才在知识维度有7项(包括老年病防治知识、普通护理知识、老年病专科护理知识、急救知识、中医学知识、国家相关政策知识以及临终关怀知识),能力维度有2项(包括团队协作能力和开拓创新能力),素质维度有1项(愿意不断学习)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需要根据老年人群需求的发展变化,前瞻性地规划和配置老年护理服务资源。

Objective To identify the needs of middle-aged and elderly people for the knowledge,ability and quality of geriatric nursing personnel,and to provide a realistic basis for the needs of elderly nursing talents in different ages. Methods Convenient sampling of middle-aged and elderly people living in Chengdu for a long time were recruited,and the questionnaire included basic situation,health status,and the needs of nursing personnel（knowledge,ability,quality dimension）.A total of 2916 valid subjects were collected. Comparison between different age groups was conducted by variance analysis.Results There were significant differences in 7 knowledge dimensions（including knowledge of prevention geriatric disease,general nursing,specific nursing,emergency,Chinese medicine,national policy and hospice care,2 ability dimensions（including teamwork and innovation） and 1 quality dimension（willing to keep learning） between different age group（P 0. 05）. Conclusions It is necessary to plan and configure geriatric nursing service resources prospectively according to the changing demands of the elderly.
