2017年夏至2018年初,随着一档网络综艺选秀节目《中国有嘻哈》的火爆热播和由嘻哈冠军之一PG one所引起的一系列舆论风波,嘻哈在中国受到了前所未有的关注和拷问。嘻哈自20世纪80年代登陆中国至今的30多年间,总共引发了四次嘻哈热潮。青年一直是关注和追捧嘻哈最为活跃的群体,青年时期也是价值观形成和发展的关键时期。中国嘻哈犹如一把双刃剑,对当代青年价值观的影响可谓喜忧参半。要培育青年的社会主义核心价值观,就需要厘清中国嘻哈的发展脉络和发展背景,对中国嘻哈进行健康引导,立破结合,疏堵并举,借助平台,发挥文化优势,打造中国好嘻哈。

From the summer of 2017 to the early of 2018, with the popularity of a network show ＂Rap China＂and a series of public opinion disturbances caused by PG one（one of the champions of ＂Rap China＂）, hip hop became an unprecedented concern and torture in China. Hip-hop has caused four upsurges in a total of more than 30 years since it landed in China in 1980s. Youth has always been the most active fans of hip-hop, and youth is also the key period for the formation and development of values. As a double-edged sword, Chinese hip hop has a mixed effect on the values of contemporary youth. To cultivate the core values of Chinese socialism, it is necessary to clarify the development process and the background of Chinese hip hop, strengthen guidance and management of Chinese hip hop with the platform, expression and cultural advantages.
