移动互联网新业态的发展对大学生生活、服务等方面产生深远影响,重塑学生生活方式和文化心理。网络外卖等O2O本地生活服务、校园贷、网络直播、共享单车等新经济模式对校园治理和传统日常思想政治教育(以下简称"思政教育")带来冲击,高校学工队伍在知识储备、观念更新、组织建设、规范回应和校园治理能力方面需要同步发展,时滞现象较为明显。鉴于此,为了大学生的健康发展和学习促进,应不断优化学工队伍知识结构和快速迭代,构建基于学生需求识别与分类引导的回应体系,探索学工队伍建设组织进化,实现基于前馈控制的"互联网+"思政教育,推动高校治理能力现代化,实现大学生思政教育因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,科学应对日常思政教育内部和外部时滞,不断提高思政教育质量。
