大学生日常思政教育的时滞现象及策略——基于移动互联网新业态发展的视角 被引量:6

摘要 移动互联网新业态的发展对大学生生活、服务等方面产生深远影响,重塑学生生活方式和文化心理。网络外卖等O2O本地生活服务、校园贷、网络直播、共享单车等新经济模式对校园治理和传统日常思想政治教育(以下简称"思政教育")带来冲击,高校学工队伍在知识储备、观念更新、组织建设、规范回应和校园治理能力方面需要同步发展,时滞现象较为明显。鉴于此,为了大学生的健康发展和学习促进,应不断优化学工队伍知识结构和快速迭代,构建基于学生需求识别与分类引导的回应体系,探索学工队伍建设组织进化,实现基于前馈控制的"互联网+"思政教育,推动高校治理能力现代化,实现大学生思政教育因事而化、因时而进、因势而新,科学应对日常思政教育内部和外部时滞,不断提高思政教育质量。 The development of mobile internet has a far-reaching impact on life and services considering college students, reshaping students' life style and cultural psychology. New economic patterns like O2O service, campus loans and bicycle sharing have brought convenience to college students while exerting an impact on the governance of campus and traditional ideological and political education. The contingent of student affairs may lack capacities including knowledge reserve, concept renewal, organization construction, standard response and campus management, resulting in evident time-lag phenomenon. In order to promote students' healthy development and cultivate better learning situation, we should focus on students, care for students, as well as strengthen response efficiency and push up-dated measurements. As time goes on, we can reach a higher level of ideological education by that.
