父母外出打工对留守儿童学业成绩的影响 被引量:7

摘要 农村留守儿童所面临的教育问题受到媒体和学者的关注。父母外出打工将对留守儿童的学业成绩产生负面影响,表现为母亲外出不在家的留守儿童,学业成绩低于父母都在家的儿童。这是由于父母不在家,特别是母亲不在家的儿童更倾向于同"后进同辈"交往,形成了不利于学习的同辈亚文化,最终影响了留守儿童的学业成绩。因此,应该从家庭、学校、农村社区三个层面引导和监督留守儿童的同辈交往,促成积极向上的同辈关系,激励留守儿童学业进步。 The education problem of left-behind children has been paid attention by media and scholars. Leftbehind children whose parents migrate for work have disadvantage in academic performance. Left-behind children's academic performances are worse than children whose parents are at home, except those who only live with mother. Because parents' absence influence children's peer group and then affect children's academic performance. The mechanism is that children whose mother does not live together will have companion with lower learning intentions which leads to worse academic performance. The suggestion is that the family, the school and the community should guide left-behind children's peer group, developing a positive peer culture, incenting them to work hard on study.
