摘要
分别介绍基层医疗卫生信息系统以及标准体系的内涵,在此基础上构建基层医疗卫生信息系统标准体系,对其结构层次、明细范围、综合应用、互操作性、新增修改等问题进行探讨。
The paper introduces the Primary Health hfformation System （PHIS） and connotation of the standard system Based on that, the standard system of PHIS is built. It discusses its structure levels, range of details, comprehensive application, nmtual operabil- ity, newly added modification and other problems.
