摘要
为了对废旧橡胶进行有效循环利用,本文利用铁氧体的吸波特性,采用微波技术对废旧胶粉进行脱硫再生制备得到再生胶,并研究了锶铁氧体添加量(10、20、25、40、50、150份)对所制备的再生胶的物理机械性能影响。结果表明,锶铁氧体份数为20~50份时所制备的再生胶具有良好的物理机械性能和加工性能。
In order to effectively recycle waste rubber, this paper uses the absorbing properties of ferrite, and uses microwave technology to desulfurize and recycle waste rubber powder to obtain reclaimed rubber. The effect of the amount of barium ferrite added (10, 20, 25, 40, 50, 150 parts) on the physical and mechanical properties of the prepared reclaimed rubber was studied. The results show that the reclaimed rubber prepared has good physical and mechanical properties and processing properties when the ferrite is 20-50 copies.
