摘要 首次采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法对蜈蚣的挥发性成分进行检测和鉴定,运用面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量,结果共检测到53个组分,鉴定出50种化合物,占挥发性成分总含量的95.03%,其中主要化学成分为醋酸(17.61%)、-姜黄烯(11.70%)、-蒎烯(8.83%)、2-甲氧基苯酚(7.59%)等,为进一步研究蜈蚣的药用价值及其药理、药化和临床应用等研究提供了理论依据。 For the first time, the traditional Chinese medicine Scolopendra volatile components were studied.The volatile components of Scolopendra were extracted by headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) method.The chemical composition of volatile com- ponents of Scolopendra were identified by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method.The relative content of each compo- nent was determined by area normalization method.The result is 53 components were detected and 50 compositions were identified which accounted for 95.03% of the total content of volatile components.The main chemical compositions were Acetic acid(17.61%), α-Curcum- erie (11.70%), α-Copaene(8.83%), 2-Methoxyphenol(7.59%)etc.To further study the medicinal value of Scolopendraprovide a theoretical basis.
