摘要
苣荬菜中含有的营养成分主要有氨基酸和微量元素,化学成分主要有脂类和烷烃类、萜类和甾体类、黄酮类、香豆素类等,具有治疗肝炎、保肝、降血压、降胆固醇、抗菌、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤、抗烟毒、清除羟自由基及其抗DNA损伤等多方面的功能。本文对其近年来的物质基础、药理作用及其临床研究进展进行了文献综述。
