The Requirements Analysis and System Construction of Social Support in The Loss of Only Child Family——Take Four Districts and Three Counties in Xining City as the Example

近年来,失独问题成为社会关注的焦点。本文通过对西宁市失独家庭的走访和调研,梳理出了西宁市失独家庭的发展状况及社会支持的多样化需求,并在此基础上对失独家庭社会支持主体进行了定位与分工,从而建立由政府统领,社会主体参与的社会支持体系。

In recent years, the losing-single-child family comes into our sight and attracts public attention. Through the visit and research of the losing-single-child families in Xining city, the paper works out the development condition and the diverse requirments of its social support. On this basis, the article carries on the localization and the division of labor of the main part in its social support,and Thereby establish a Social Support System led by the goverment and participated by social subjects.
