洛伐他汀对冠心病患者sCD36及促炎性细胞因子表达水平的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨洛伐他汀对冠心病患者血清sCD36及促炎性细胞因子表达水平的影响。方法选取本院心内科2017年1月至6月收治的冠心病患者60例为研究对象,均经冠状动脉造影确诊,按照随机数表法将其分为治疗组和安慰剂组,每组各30例,治疗组患者口服洛伐他汀片治疗,安慰剂组患者口服安慰剂片治疗。比较治疗前和治疗1个月后两组患者血压、血脂、血清sCD36及促炎性细胞因子[白介素(interleukin,IL)-1、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumour necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)及C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]的表达水平。结果治疗1个月后,治疗组患者收缩压、舒张压、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、sCD36、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均显著低于本组治疗前及安慰剂组治疗后(P_均<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)水平显著高于本组治疗前及安慰剂组治疗后(P_均<0.05)。结论洛伐他汀可显著降低冠心病患者血清促炎性细胞因子及sCD36表达水平,改善患者血脂水平,降低血压。 Objective To investigate the effect of Lovastatin on serum sCD36 and proinflammatory cytokine expression in patients with coronary artery heart disease. Method 60 patients with coronary artery heart disease admitted in our hospital from January to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects, they were diagnosed by coronary angiography and were divided into treatment group and placebo group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Treatment group patients were treated with Lovastatin tablets, placebo group patients were treated with placebo. Then, blood pressure, and the levels of blood lipids, sCD36, interleukin(IL)-1, IL-6, tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and C-reactive protein(CRP) were compared between the two groups. Result Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, serum total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), sCD36, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP levels in treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and placebo group after treatment(Pall 〈0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) level was significantly higher than those before treatment and placebo group after treatment(Pall 〈0.05). Conclusion Lovastatin can significantly reduce the expression of proinflammatory cytokines and sCD36 in patients with coronary artery heart disease, improve blood lipid level and lower blood pressure.
