Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin combined with exercise therapy on coronary artery heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus. Method A total of 110 patients with coronary artery heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017, they were randomly divided into study group(55 cases) and control group(55 cases). Control group patients were treated with Atorvastatin, study group patients were treated with Atorvastatin combined with exercise therapy, the cardiorespiratory function and blood glucose control of the two groups were compared. Result After treatment, the maximum metabolic equivalent, peak oxygen uptake, left ventricular ejection fractionwere significantly higher than those before treatment(Pall 0.05), and the levels of above indexes of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(Pall 〈0.05). The number of ECG ST-T recovery in study group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05), and the blood glucose control rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with exercise therapy can improve the cardiorespiratory function and control the blood glucose level in patients with coronary artery heart disease complicated with diabetesmellitus.
