摘要 远程开放教育作为构建学习型社会的一个重要抓手,日益受到社会各界群体的广泛关注。为了切实保障远程开放教育的质量,为学生提供学习支持服务的导学教师必须要具备职业道德素养、现代化信息手段运用能力、情感关怀和心理辅导能力等核心素养,大连广播电视大学多年来探索出了一条导学教师核心素养培养的新路径,包括通过多元化的培训模式,夯实导学教师基本素养;通过体系化的专业技能培训,提升导学教师专业素养等,并通过培训取得了良好的效果。 As a focal point for building a learning society, open and distance education has received widespread attention from all walks of life. To ensure the quality of open and distance education, the tutor who provides learning support services must have some key competencies, such as professional ethics, operational capability of modern information means, emotional care, and psychological assistance ability etcetera. After many years' efforts, a new path to refine the tutor's core literacy has been explored by Dalian Radio & TV University. For instance, strengthen tutor' s basic accomplishment through diversified training model; promote tutor's professionalism through systematic cultivation, and good results achieved afterwards.
