组织衍生型社会企业的实践逻辑及其反思——以长春心语协会的发展为例

The Practical Logic and Reflections of Organization-derived Social Enterprises——A Case Study of Development of Changchun Xinyu Social Enterprise

社会企业作为社会治理的新兴载体,近年来在国内迅猛发展,在其发展脉络中,形成了市场助益、政府引导、社会新创三种典型类型,但实际上还存在着由非营利组织而衍生的社会企业类型,长春心语协会就是其中的典型代表。基于长期的跟踪和调研,长春心语协会在其转型与朝向社会企业发展历程中,呈现出以非营利组织为主体、社会企业为分支,两者优势互补、协同发展的态势。但是这种衍生型的社会企业往往是以非营利组织的基础和经验为其发展资源和路径的,这种社会企业对非营利组织主体有较大依赖性。对于组织衍生型社会企业发展的实践逻辑还有必要进行认真的理论思考和现实关注。

As an emerging carrier of social governance,social enterprises have developed rapidly in China,and have attracted a wide concern in the academic field. With its continuous development,three representative types of social enterprises are formulated,which are market-assisted ones,government-dominant ones and society-innovated ones,respectively. However,there actually exists a certain social enterprise type that derived from non-profit organizations,among which Changchun Xinyu Association is a typical example. Based on the long-term tracking and research,the results reveal that Xinyu Association has taken the characteristics of non-profit organization as the main body and the development of social enterprise as the branch when it transforms into a social enterprise. The combination of these two have complementary advantages and have created synergistic effects. However,this kind of derived social enterprise often takes the foundation and experience of non-profit organizations as its resources of development and follows their paths. Thus,social enterprises of this kind have greater dependence on the non-profit organization side. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out serious theoretical and practical thinking for the practical logic of the development of organization-derived social enterprises
