“韩半岛新经济地图、新北方政策”与“一带一路”对接方案研究

A Study on Effective Connection Plans between “The New Economic Map of Korean Peninsula, New Northern Policy” and “The Belt and Road”

中国积极推进共建"一带一路"建设,"一带一路"的核心机制为"互联互通"与"五通",这些概念是指以空间为平台的世界化进程。以"一带一路"为引领,中国带动了世界各国的"互联互通"潮流。文在寅任韩国总统后,正式发布了构筑"韩半岛新经济地图"与"东北亚+责任共同体"的规划。中国提出的"一带一路"和韩国提出的"韩半岛新经济地图"与"东北亚+责任共同体"均可共享管理机制,并可以从政治与经济的角度来分析与探索"一带一路"与"韩半岛新经济地图、新北方政策"对接的可能性方案。

China actively promotes the joint construction of "The Belt and Road" initiative. The core mechanisms of "The Belt and Road" are "Connectivity" and "five types of Connectivity". These concepts refer to the process of globalization based on space. Taking "The Belt and Road" initiative as a leverage, China leads the trend of "Connectivity" among countries in the world. After taking the office, the Korean president Wen Zaiyin formally released plans of building "The New Economic Map of Korean Peninsula" and "Northeast Asia+responsibility community". "The Belt and Road", "The New Economic Map of Korean Peninsula", and "Northeast Asia+responsibility community" can share management mechanisms, analyze and explore the possibilities and programmes of policy docking from political and economic perspective.
