摘要 目的:建立离子色谱法测定牙科脱敏剂中的氟含量。方法:A4-250阴离子色谱柱(250mm×4mm),阴离子保护柱,以碳酸体系为淋洗液、0.3%硫酸为抑制器再生液,流速1.0mL/min;阴离子抑制器;电导检测器;进样量20μL。对建立方法的线性、精密度、回收率等进行验证。结果:标准溶液中氟离子在1~10μg/mL范围内,氟离子色谱峰与其浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=6),平均回收率103.1%,所检牙科脱敏剂中的氟含量为0.09%。结论:本方法经方法学验证可用于医疗器械产品中氟含量的检测。 Objective: To establish an ion chromatography method for the determination of fuoride in dental desensitizers. Methods: A4-250 anion column (250mm×4mm), anion protection column, carbonic acid solution as eluent, 0.3% sulfuric acid as suppressor regenerant, fow rate 1.0mL/min, anion suppressor, conductivity detector Injection volume 20μL. Verify the linearity, precision, recovery, etc. of the established method. Results: The fuoride ion in the standard solution was in the range of 1~10μg·mL-1. The chromatographic peak and concentration of fuoride ion showed a good linear relationship (r=0.9999, n=6). The average recovery rate was 103.1%. The fuorine content in the desensitizer is 0.09%. Conclusion: This method has been validated by methodologies for the detection of fuoride in medical devices.
