公园体育组织“集散效应”与支持对策研究

Research on the "Distributing Effect" of Park Sports Organization and Its Supporting Countermeasures

运用现场观察、个体访谈、专家访谈等调查方法,对公园体育组织"集散效应"、服务功能进行分析讨论。主要结论:公园体育具有集聚扩散功能、资源配置功能、便民利民功能、新业态功能。政府要转变工作思路,突出改革重点,建立大社区概念、构建体育生活圈、大力扶持体育组织、发挥双向流动作用、把握政府体育改革的导向。

By means of on - site observation, individual interview and expert interview, the paper analyzes and dis- cusses the ＂ distributing effect＂ and service function of park sports organization. The main conclusion is that park sports have the functions of agglomeration and diffusion, resource allocation, convenience for the people and new format. The government should change the thinking of work, highlight the focus of reform, establish the concept of large community, build sports life circle, vigorously support sports organizations, play the role of two - way flow, and grasp the guidance of the reform of the government sports.
