摘要
观察经络刮疗法对运动员运动性疲劳的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将运动员抽签随机分为刮疗组和对照组,刮疗组采用经络刮疗法治疗,对照组休息30min,观察运动员在一天大负荷训练和一周大负荷训练后采取经络刮疗后训练相关情况、主观体力疲劳程度(RPE)、SCL-90症状自评量表及小腿肌肉酸痛程度的变化情况。结果显示(1)经络刮疗法对运动员一天大负荷训练和一周大负荷训练后的血乳酸水平的恢复具有促进作用,表明经络刮疗法可以较好的消除运动性疲劳的作用。(2)经络刮疗后运动员主观疲劳程度减轻,睡眠质量、训练体能、晨起精神这三个指标明显改善,说明经络刮疗法能较好的消除运动性疲劳的作用。(3)通过《SCL-90症状自评量表》各因子分析,经络刮疗法可以显著改善运动员的焦虑情况及人际关系,有助于消除运动性心理疲劳。(4)通过分析运动员的RPE值,表明经络刮疗法是一种有效的消除运动性疲劳作用的简便可行的治疗方法。
To observe the effects of meridian scraping technique on the thlete ' s of sports fatigue and its mecha- nism. Thirty athletes were randomly divided into the scraping therapy group and the control group. 15 cases each. The scraping therapy group received Meridian Scraping and the control group had a rest for 30 min, To ex- plore the effects between one - day and periodic large intensity training in Training - related conditions, ratings of perceived exertion (RPE) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL -90) scores, Degree of muscle soreness and so on. Results : ( 1 ) Meridian Scraping Technique had a promoting effect on the recovery of the rising blood lactate level after one day or periodic large intensity training. It had a better effect on allaying sports fatigue. (2) The scraping therapy significantly improved the sleeping quality, the mental state at the time of getting out of bed in the morning, training stamina and appetite in the player . (3) Meridian Scraping Technique improved the interper- sonal relationship of players according to the analysis in each factors of SCL - 90. It helped players allay sports psy- chological fatigue. (4) The Meridian Scraping therapy was an effective way to prevent and treat sports fatigue ac- cording to the analysis of RPE. The meridian scraping therapy can promote the recovery of sports fatigue, which is an easy and effective way to eliminate sports fatigue.
