基于“远端取穴”原则研究针刺肾俞穴对田径运动员股后肌损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:基于"远端取穴"原则,观察针刺肾俞穴对田径运动员股后肌损伤的影响。方法:将20例股后肌损伤的田径运动员随机分为观察组(针刺肾俞穴)和对照组(针刺阿是穴),每组10例,急性期后观察组采用针刺肾俞穴进行治疗,对照组采用针刺阿是穴进行治疗,每日1次,10次为1疗程,比较治疗前后田径运动员股后肌损伤的疗效、股后肌群疼痛积分、股后肌群肿胀压痛积分和行走功能恢复积分,探讨基于"远端取穴"原则,观察针刺肾俞穴对田径运动员股后肌损伤的影响。结果:(1)观察组有效率90%,对照组有效率80%。观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)两组田径运动员治疗后疼痛积分较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),观察组治疗后股后肌群疼痛积分与对照组具有统计性差异(P<0.05)。结论:基于"远端取穴"原则,针刺肾俞穴可以改善田径运动员股后肌损伤情况。 To observe the effect of acupuncture at Shenshu Point on the injury of athletes'posterior femoral muscles based on the principle of distal acupoint selection. Methods : 20 athletes with posterior femoral muscle injury were randomly divided into observation group (acupuncture Shenshu Point) and control group (acupuncture AShi point) , 10 cases in each group. After acute stage, the observation group was treated with acupuncture at Shenshu Point, and the control group was treated with acupuncture at AShi point, 1 times a day and 10 times for 1 courses, compared and before and after the treatment of track and field. The effect of the posterior femoral muscle injury, the pain score of the posterior femoral muscle group, the score of the swelling and tenderness of the posterior femo- ral muscle group and the recovery of the walking function, and the effect of the acupuncture on the injury of the posterior femoral muscle of the athletes were discussed based on the principle of " distal point extraction". Re- sults : ( 1 ) The effective rate of the observation group was 90%, while that of the control group was 80%. The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). (2) Tthe pain scores of two groups of track and field athletes were significantly improved after treatment ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The pain scores of the posterior femoral muscle group in the observation group were statistically different from those in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: Based on the principle of " distal acupoint selection" , acupunc- ture at Shenshu Point can improve the injury of track and field athletes.
