摘要
采用失重法、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及能量散射谱(EDS)和XRD研究了容面比即溶液体积与试样表面之比(SV/SA)对铸态WE43镁合金在模拟体液(c-SBF)中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,随着SV/SA值增大,铸态WE43镁合金在c-SBF中的pH值上升速率逐渐减少;腐蚀速率随SV/SA值的增大而逐渐增大,并在SV/SA达到200 mL/cm^2后进入稳定期;腐蚀产物主要由Mg(OH)_2和Ca、P沉积物组成。
In this work,the effects of solution volume to surface area( SV/SA) rate on degradation behavior of as-cast WE43 magnesium alloy in simulated body fluid( c-SBF) were studied by weight loss method,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy( EIS),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),X ray energy scattering spectrum( EDS) and X ray diffraction( XRD). The results show that the increase rate of p H value decreases with increasing of the SV/SA ratio. The corrosion rate increases with increasing of SV/SA ratio,and reaches the platform period after SV/SA is 200 mL/cm^2. The corrosion products of as-cast WE43 alloy in c-SBF are mainly composed of Mg(OH)2 and Ca and P sediments.
