中美高校电视台培养学生记者的对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Cultivation of Student Journalists in Chinese and American College Television Station

本文从传播主体、内容、渠道、受众、反馈这五个方面来对比中关高校电视台在培养学生记者方面的异同。美国高校电视台的报道是以学生视角去透视校园、本地、国内和国外新闻，这种报道理念可以为中国多数只关注校园新闻的高校电视台提供借鉴。总体上，中国高校电视台在对学生记者的培养投入上，和美国高校电视台相比还有一定的差距，学生记者创作内容影响力及传媒素质的培养等方面还存在不足，可以在学生主体、资金投入、功能转变等方面予以改善，从而发挥高校电视台在传媒人才培养方面的作用。

This paper compares the similarities and differences between Chinese and American college students in the cultivation from five aspects： the main body, content, channel, of student audience journalists and feedback. The report of the American college TV station is to look at the campus, local, domestic and foreign news from the perspective of the students, which can be used for reference for most of the Chinese universities. Overall, compared with American college TV stations, Chinese college TV stations＇ investment in the cultivation of student journalists is not enough. There are still some problems in the influence of students＇ works and the cultivation of media quality. Chinese college TV station can be improved in the student body, capital investment, functional shift and other aspects, so as to play the role of university TV station in the training of media talented people.
