对高中学业水平考试改革的价值论反思——基于新考试招生制度的改革及沪浙试点

On the Value Innovation of the High School Academic Level Examination——Based on the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System and the Pilot of Shanghai and Zhejiang

普通高中学生学业水平考试,是伴随着普通高中课程改革而形成并发展起来的,是在对高中毕业会考制度进行充分总结分析的基础上,为了进一步适应高中新课程改革要求而实施的一项重要的考试评价制度。近年来,随着国家考试招生制度改革的深化,学业水平考试再次引起人们高度关注。随着2017年上海、浙江新高考方案的试点及全面实施,我国将迎来新一轮考试招生制度改革。本文基于对新考试招生制度改革背景的诸多分析和对沪浙新高考改革方案实施情况相关文献的研究,以及对各省（自治区、直辖市）颁布的新高考方案的调研分析,探讨如何建立更加科学、公平、合理的学业水平考试选拔评价与管理体系的＂顶层设计＂,从国家层面构建学业水平考试管理制度,统一规范学业水平考试的设置和操作规范,为考试招生制度改革更高效、有序地推进提供参考和借鉴。

The ordinary high school students＇ academic level exam,is accompanied by the formation and development,and ordinary high school curriculum reform is in the high school graduation examination system based on the analysis of the fully summarized.It＇s purpose is to further meet the requirements for high school new curriculum reform and implementation of an important exam assessment system.In recent years,with the implementation of the reform of the national examination and enrollment system,the academic level examination has aroused great concern.In 2017,with the pilot and comprehensive implementation of the new college entrance examination scheme in Shanghai and Zhejiang,China will usher in a new reform of the examination and enrollment system.This paper is based on the analysis of new test enrollment system reform background of many new to Shanghai and Zhejiang college entrance examination reform implementation and related literature research to the provinces issued by the new college entrance examination program of research analysis,discusses how to establish a more scientific,fair and reasonable evaluation of the academic level of test selection and the management system of＂top-level design＂.The end is to build academic examination management system and to make the exam more efficient and orderly push to provide the reference.
