摘要
二甲双胍临床上用于治疗2型糖尿病,近年来研究发现除了治疗糖尿病等作用外,二甲双胍尚能延长动物和人类寿命。其作用机制可能是通过活化腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK),抑制哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(m TOR),降低胰岛素水平和胰岛素样生长因子受体信号通路,降低活性氧(ROS)产生和调节长寿蛋白(SIRTs)发挥作用。
Metformin is widely used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Recently,metformin have been shown to modulate life or health span. Its mechanism may involve in activation of AMP-activated kinase(AMPK),inhibition of m TOR,decreasing insulin levels,decreasing IGF-1 signaling,reduction of endogenous production of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and modulation of expression of SIRTs.
