Expression and clinical significance of hn RNPF in pancreatic cancer

目的:研究核内不均一性核糖核蛋白F(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein F,hn RNPF)m RNA水平在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用TCGA全基因组m RNA测序资料研究hn RNPF在消化系统肿瘤与正常组织间的差异,分析其表达水平与临床病理资料的相关性,并进行生存分析判断其预后价值。结果:hn RNPF在不同消化系统肿瘤中的表达较正常组织明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中胰腺癌中差异倍数最大。hn RNPF在胰腺癌组织中的表达与肿瘤TNM分期(P=4.95E-03)、浸润深度(P=5.22E-03)相关,与年龄、性别、淋巴结浸润、慢性胰腺炎病史无统计学差异。hn RNPF在胰腺癌组织中的表达高低与总生存期有统计学意义(P=0.034 31)。结论:hn RNPF m RNA在不同的消化系统肿瘤中表达都增高,在胰腺癌中,hn RNPF高表达是预后不良的因素,可以作为判断预后的有效生物标志物。

Objective： To investigate the different expression patterns of hn RNPF in the digestive system tumors and its clinical significance. Methods： TCGA databases were used to study the correlation between its expression and clinical pathological data and its role for prognostic value. Results： The expressions of hn RNPF in digestive system tumors were significantly higher than that in normal tissues（ P 0. 001）,especially in pancreatic cancer. In pancreatic cancer,hn RNPF expression was correlated with tumor TNM stage（ P = 4. 95 E-03）,and the depth of invasion（ P= 5. 22 E-03）,and not associated with age,gender,lymph node metastasis,history of chronic pancreatitis. The expression of hn RNPF was correlated with overall survival in pancreatic cancer（ P = 0. 034 31）. Conclusion： The expression of hn RNPF m RNA in different tumors of the digestive system are increased than in normal tissues. In pancreatic cancer,the higher expression of hn RNPF was the poorer prognosis. hn RNPF might be a potential biomarker for pancreatic cancer.
