素质教育呼唤小学英语教师专职化——关于安庆市怀宁县小学英语教师现状的调查分析

摘要 基础教育阶段,小学英语教育水平的高低是衡量基础教育总体水平高低的一个重要指标,然而小学英语教育质量的高低叉取决于小学英语教师队伍的整体水平。我国农村小学英语教师承担着最基础、最重要的工作,研究农村小学英语教师的现状,对推动基础教育稳步向前发展意义重大。本文以安庆市怀宁县为例,用理论和实证相结合的方法对该县小学英语教师的现状进行了调查与分析。调查发现怀宁县小学英语教师专职化程度低、流动性大以及授课班级多等问题,分析了产生这些问题的主要原因以及带来的危害。最后,笔者提出了自己的思考和建议。 In elementary education stage, The level of education in primary school is an important indicator to measure the overall level of basic education. However, the quality of education in primary schools depends on the overall level of the English teachers in primary schools. China's rural primary school English teachers undertake the most basic and most important work. Studying the current situation of English teachers in rural primary schools has a great significance for promoting the steady development of basic education. This paper takes Anqing Huaining county as an example, the present situation of English teachers in primary schools in this county was investigated and analyzed by combining theory with practice. According to the survey, the primary school English teachers in Huaining county have low degree of full-time, high mobility and many classes. The main causes and harms of these problems are analyzed. At last, the author puts forward his own thoughts and suggestions.
